- Lead practical AI adoption across visualisation, knowledge management, document production, marketing, finance and commercial workflows
- Work with partners and the AI group to identify practice needs, set priorities and evaluate tools against quality, implementation effort, cost and wider technical requirements
- Build reusable agentic workflows, agents and bespoke tools, testing them on live project requirements and refining them through colleague feedback
- Deliver AI CPDs, practical guides and individual support, turning research and recurring questions into resources for the wider practice
BIM Manager
- Develop and implement the studio’s BIM strategy, maintaining Revit standards, templates, shared parameters, schedules, family libraries and models
- Support project delivery through model coordination, drawing and information reviews, model health checks and technical guidance
- Develop bespoke pyRevit utilities and automation tools to improve productivity, quality control and model consistency
- Lead the BIM group and provide training and day-to-day support, turning recurring issues into clearer guidance and reusable solutions
